Hi,
I just ran my final week 9 day 3 run!
I can't believe how quickly the time went
Thank you to the makers of the app and everyone on the forums here - without you I couldn't have done it.
Today I ran 5k in 36 mins. So Im going to work on increasing my speed and then onto the Bridge to 10k
Good luck to everyone and keep going, YOU CAN DO IT
Abby (Queeny) xx

Well done bud!
I was thinking yesterday that I will do what you are doing in trying to increase speed a bit before moving on.
You can run but you'll just die tired
