Completed the plan yay!

Post by Queeny »

Hi,

I just ran my final week 9 day 3 run!

I can't believe how quickly the time went :-)

Thank you to the makers of the app and everyone on the forums here - without you I couldn't have done it.

Today I ran 5k in 36 mins. So Im going to work on increasing my speed and then onto the Bridge to 10k :-)

Good luck to everyone and keep going, YOU CAN DO IT :-)

Well done bud!

I was thinking yesterday that I will do what you are doing in trying to increase speed a bit before moving on.
You can run but you'll just die tired
