Hello, today will be my W1R1 and I am nervous. Mainly because I have done this before about 3 years ago and got really fit, things have been tough since and I haven't made time for myself - so today I aim to start rectifying that. I live in beautiful countryside near Hexham so no excuses not to get out!! Good luck people :-))

Good Morning! My name is Emma and I live in Cornwall. I have many reasons for doing this, mainly good health but also a wedding dress to get into in less than 5 months! I used to love running 20 years ago, and want to get back into it. I have a very stressful job as a Social Worker and I want to keep doing it, but realise that I need to be in better physical health to do it!
I'm a bit nervous about starting, also love my couch!! But it's time to start this adventure! I just need a push to do it!!! Fingers crossed!!!

Hey everyone!

I'm Stacey and from Fife in Scotland. I just completed Week 2 run 1 this morning. I am loving the programme and how it builds you up. Hoping to continue and be able to complete the course!

I'm having fun learning about all the different gadgets available - and the fashions!! It's like a whole other world I didn't know about

I enjoy reading other people's success stories and hope to have one of my own soon enough.

Hello,

My name is Katie, and I am from Pennsylvania. I've tried running before, but being overweight I found it difficult. I've been working out since November and feel I am strong enough to start the program. I am excited to have found a program that will ease me into running instead of what I tried in the past, which is just run.

I look forward to sharing my progress and can't wait to hear of everyone else's.

Hi All,

I am returning to running after a year away from fitness. This app looks great and I'm hopeful that it will be easy to stick to. I like the fact that it's flexible. With regard to stretching out what do you recommend?

Thank you for creating something user friendly, I'll keep you posted on any progress!

Hi guys.

I'm Mike and today I did my first ever run. At 29, I figure I should put some effort into staying fit.

It went well, though I was glad when I got to the end.

Next one is Wednesday, hopefully the rain holds off.

Hello everyone! My name is Farah and I live in New York. Today I did my first run and I feel great! My goal is to complete the program and eventually run a 5k race. I would love to be able to run a 5k without stopping. I don't have a time goal, only a completion goal.
