SUCKED! not sure why, run two was pretty easy for me.

Maybe you fuel? DId you eat differently before run? How about you water intake? Sleep?

The big difference was that I ran in the morning instead of at night, about ten hours earlier, and after a lite breakfast.....I started week 2 tonight and it was a breeze so, I'm gonna stick to running at night, a couple hours after dinner.
