I love when the talking coach says youve ran twice the amount you did last week, and I have to think about it and say to myself Oh yeah! I know we can get to the finish...

Dear Queeny and Maddy I tweaked my diet today before a run tonight . I had water throughout the day but had more protein and carbs plus an hour before workout I had nuts, dried fruit and pumpkin seeds. I found I had a better start. Hi Dunna and everyone, I am running to actually reduce my thunder thighs :-). I,ve not seen long distance runners with particularly large thighs at all. I have finished day 2 of weeknone tonight and also My limbs are feeling a bit achy more so than day one, hope it will clear before day 3? Goodnight...

Just to let you know you are in good company, I have too started the program, congratulations on your first runs, I am doing my second runnif week two tonight. After the course maybe you'd like to compete in a 5 k race with me? :-).
